11 March 2007 was so FUN!
Clare, sister and me went town to buy heels, well it was only Clare and I who got heels. Clare was sucha a darling or rather her mum was the darling because she had given her TANGS vouchers to dispose. AND the best part of it- the heels (they are brown) that I got only cost $3.90 while hers were literally free. Can you believe it?
Because I can't.
Then we went Vivo to watch movie which only cost us each $3. Funny hor? Clare had two free GV tickets which sarah had given her (because she found it while cleaning her closet). We were so lucky! So anyway, we watched The Pursuit of Happyness. It was a damn damn long movie but I didn't regret watching it because it was really quite heart-warming although abit long-winded. But Clare reminded that the process of the story was the main crux of it not so much the ending because usually the ending was meant to be happy. I swear if it wasn't a happy one I would have smacked the director dead; I mean you watch the movie for a whole 2 hours and 15 mins to find that the character fails-Stupid bloody waste of time.
After movie, we went shopping(!!) We went to Pull and Bear because I wanted my skinny jeans but they sadly didn't have my size :( And Clare and I tried on a skirt which was SO so so short, it could practically pass off as underwear.
Anyhow went by FOX to try on their skinny jeans but didn't buy because I wanted staff discount from sister's friend and anyway I want somebody to get it as my birthday present. Heh heh.
At the end of the day, we concluded that
1) We hated stuff from Forever 21
2) The irony about shopping: When you wanna get a certain something you look high, low, up and down also cannot find but when there isn't a need for that thing, you seem to see it everywhere.
P.S Clare got me a French Connection WALLET(as my early birthday present). It is brown. Glittery brown to be exact. (To be honest, it is not something Deborah would be found with but I'll use it nonetheless simply cos YOU got it for me) She meant to match it with my phone. I swear I'm becoming a brownie. Anyhow, thanks darling :) Loves!
