Oh My Gawd I just finished watching "1 litre of Tears".

(I have started you on the first episode so there's no turning back. Haha! But there will be no regrets. Promise!)
As you can tell by the title, it's kinda sounds like a sappy drama. And yes, it is a very very very sappy one. I cried. Like alot. Imagine me crying. Not just tearing, like really crying. Okay anway, it depicts the life story of a girl who contracted a disease known as Spinocellular Degeneration (basically the person will slowly but surely lose all and every single bodily functions). Especially good when you're in the mood for crying. But the show is really inspiring and meaningful. It actually started me thinking on the meaning of life and somehow I learned the importance of appreciating the small little things that we as healthy people take for granted. Like walking, laughing, talking, writing, typing this post and even breathing that breath you're taking now.

The girl wrote many inspirational quotes and I shall leave you with my personal favourite;

What's wrong with falling down? You can always stand up again. And if you look up at the sky after falling down, the blue sky is stretching limitlessly and smiling at you... You're alive.

She finds comfort in the slightest things in life. Shouldn't you too?

Cos you're the one that led me here, so take me.
