The kitchen + toilet renovations started on Monday (9am SHARP). I was literally shaken out of bed actually.... so was everyone else. We haven't totally packed and sealed the doors and blah blah.... Two days of drilling, hacking and noise have come and gone. My mum marvelled at how I could sleep through ALL the noise. I took an afternoon nap on Monday (for three hours) and I slept till 12pm the next day(Tuesday) when they started the drilling shit at 9 am SHARP again. Today is peaceful since they only need to mix the cement and sand and lie the tiles and the what nots.. plus I'm not even home.
